Jean Russell
Jean Russell, founder of Nurture.biz, is a certified NLP Coach. Jean is dedicated to restructuring institutions so as to bring out the best in humans. She has worked with grassroots co-ops and traditional corporations alike, helping them understand how communicating, fundraising, and publishing can be redesigned to embrace human values like warmth, clarity, and faith in others' potential and good will.
In 2008, Jean co-founded Guildsmiths, a consultancy that teaches right-brain thinking to corporations and nonprofits. She has facilitated social benefit conferences, cooperating with colleagues in fields ranging from technology (esp social media), to green/sustainable design, philanthropy, currency, community development, international development, and human rights.

Jean co-founded Inspired Legacies, sits on the board for Catalytic Communities, and co-organizes Chicago Net Tuesdays.
Michael Maranda has played a central role in the development and ideas about and for Nurture. Currently, he acts as the Strategy Director for Catalytic Communities.
Anne Marie Bellavance, a dear team-mate, recently took the role of Relationship Manager for Criterion Ventures. However, she has played a vital role in the development of our concept of asset-based community development, nurturing sparkle, and network weaving.

From currency geeks to philanthropic leaders, social media mavens to social entrepreneurs, from youth leadership developers to social network analysts, we connect to experts. Our core domains: philanthropy, leadership, and technology reflect the networks we nurture--and leverage to serve our clients.
