Community Practices Development
What practices will help your community to thrive? Through years of online and offline experience with a wide range of communities, our consultants can help you determine what practices will work for your community and how to foster those practices. Web 2.0 tools are all about participation. How do you encourage participation? How do you reward participation? How do you develop trust and accountability? And how do you move from participation to collaboration?
Communication Services
At the root of healthy community is communication. Sometimes we need to draw on nonviolent communication practices so people can feel heard and make clear requests that address their needs, sometimes we need negotiation and conflict management strategies, sometimes we need marketing strategies to reach our peers and participants, Nurture offers a wide range of communication services that help develop consistent messaging AND the follow up practices to help all those in contact with you know what you mean and know that you mean what you say.
Mapping
We recognize that in a world of information overload, pictures that speak volumes work more powerfully than a page of words, no matter how well crafted. We create meaningful pictures with our clients that we call maps. They are about knowing where you are, where you want to be, and creating options for getting you there. We map people, relationships, flows, strategies, processes and the interconnections between any and all of them. Often richly layered, these maps communicate in much greater depth and specificity than templated mindmap branches or social network analysis dots and lines.

Blending the intentionality and emotional values and beliefs work of coaching with the strategy and visioning work of consulting, we offer purpose development.
