  • Facilitation

Ideal for groups working toward outcomes. We provide the form of the process and the group provides the content. We use open space inspired processes to foster group intelligence and group emotional intelligence. We first acknowledge the capacities of each individual so we can harness their passion and their talent. Then we collectively create a process to communicate and adapt as a group focusing on solutions rather than problems, strengths rather than weaknesses, what is present rather than what is absent. This allows groups to integrate skills and resources to create the best that they can.

    Sample Past Events Facilitated:

    Workshops

Ideal for groups wanting to change their process and forms of communication. We provide both the form and the content. This forum provides an experiential process for changing an element in the group system. This change does not have to be hard. However, it does need to be deep, real, and significant. This change does not have to take a long time; it can be instantaneous--an insight, an "Aha!" moment. This change comes from within the participants through their exploration of themselves and the group. Each participant bears their own responsibility for what they bring to the class and what they take away. We create a space and offer tools of possibility. Workshop topics include:

    • Flow Focus: Foster flow by targeting on your strengths
    • Stories of our Lives: Recreating your past story and crafting your future
    • Roles and Stability: Who are you?
    • Failure is Feedback: Mining failure and exploring risk--take charge!
    • Leadership in Collaborative Culture: How to cultivate collective intelligence for achieving your aims

We are collaborating with Tony Diefell of Seeing Beyond Sight to create a Seeing Beyond Sight workshop for opening your eyes to the world in a whole new way. Additionally, we are also interested in exploring the Why Do You Do What You Do project for purpose development workshops.

We are also collaborating with Lars Hasselblad Torres on Peace Tiles workshops, to see how the art of collage can help people know themselves, connect to others, and build community locally and internationally.
